Carrie C. Perkins

You are looking for options and you want to work with people you trust. My clients want fewer surprises,
multiple solutions, and limited distractions from the work
of their business.

I have a sharp awareness of what my clients need because I was one of them. Much of my career has been construction project management, yet I began as a coordinator negotiating between general contractors and company owners. I learned quickly that project success happens when you listen and understand the key details of the client’s needs, then effectively execute those details.

Given the fast pace of interior construction, execution
and coordination of details are even more critical. With
the dynamics of interior construction constantly changing, clients need a solid communicator who can effectively coordinate a project. As a specialist in interior/tenant construction, I have become a highly focused
project manager.

Tenant construction demands ongoing communication and commitment. I fully enjoy being that go-to person for my clients, delivering solutions that keep each project on budget and on schedule. In the end, you want someone who sees things from your perspective, turning your unique set of details and needs into a project you are proud to call a team success.
